Who is Otis B. Driftwood (Bill Moseley)? Little is known about him, but he’s a Manson-esque associate of the miscreant, serial killing Firefly family. A saint he is not. Still, this self-stylized “leader of the rebellion” against mainstream normalcy seems to think very highly of himself, when he can think at all. Either that or he holds others in such low esteem that it elevates himself. Whatever the rationalization, Otis B. Driftwood is a killer.
While House of 1,000 Corpses was panned by critics (and director Rob Zombie himself), it’s a movie that nevertheless has its charm, and part of that is Mr. Driftwood.
